Joshua was the framing supervisor of the framing package of my personal residence in Williamsburg, VA. Branson Builders LLC converted the unfinished attic to a master bedroom with a full bath. They also added dormers and knocked out walls to open the kitchen and dining room. The hardwood floors were beautifully refinished and tile was installed in the bathroom with a shower surround. A custom island and cabinets were built in the kitchen. Granite countertops were installed on the island, countertops and above the washer and dryer. All electrical components were replaced, stainless steel appliances were installed and everything was painted. Externally the roof on the house, shed and garage were replaced.

Throughout the the entire project Josh conducted himself professionally. He was fair when changes were needed or added. The work was done in a timely manner and within the budget discussed at the beginning of the project. The end of the project transformed a two bedroom, one bath “uninhabitable” house into a beautiful three bedroom, two bath home where anyone would be proud to live.
